Set up your AI receptionist in under 5 minutes. No technical knowledge required.

A Google account (for signing in)
Your business website URL (for auto-training)
A payment method to top up your balance or start a plan

1. Enter Your Website

Start by visiting infercall.com and entering your business website URL. Our AI will scan your site to learn about your business, services, hours, and common customer questions.

TipUse your main business website for best results. The AI works best when it can find information about your services, pricing, and contact details.

Don't have a website? No problem — you can skip this step and manually configure your agent later.

2. Customize Your Agent

After scanning your website, you'll see a preview of your AI agent. Here you can customize:

  • Business name — How the agent introduces your business.
  • Voice — Choose from several natural-sounding voices.
  • Greeting — The first thing callers hear.
  • Personality — Professional, friendly, or somewhere in between.

You can test how your agent sounds right in the builder before going live.

3. Get Your Phone Number

Choose an area code and we'll provision a dedicated phone number for your AI receptionist. This number is yours to use however you like:

  • Forward calls — Set up call forwarding from your existing business number.
  • Use directly — Give this number to customers as your main line.
  • After-hours only — Forward calls only when you're unavailable.

4. Choose Your Plan

Select a plan that fits your call volume. All plans include:

No subscription required — you can top up your balance and pay per minute. Optional monthly plans give you a block of minutes at a lower rate. All options include call recordings, transcripts, analytics, and business info storage. After checkout, your agent is immediately live and ready to take calls.
