Prices shown in USD. Regional pricing varies: AU Starter A$9/mo, UK Starter £5/mo. AU plans include fewer minutes (e.g. Standard 300 min, Business 1,000 min). Additional phone numbers from $5/mo (US/UK) or A$9/mo (AU). Plans are optional — you can also use pay-as-you-go with prepaid balance. Annual plans offer 20% discount.

Usage Tracking

Visit Dashboard → Billing to see your current usage.

  • Minutes used — Total call minutes this billing period.
  • Minutes remaining — How much of your included minutes are left.
  • Usage percentage — Visual progress bar of consumption.
  • Billing period — When your cycle resets.
If you're regularly topping up, a monthly plan could save you money with a lower per-minute rate.

Changing Plans

Upgrading

  • Takes effect immediately.
  • You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period.
  • New features are available right away.

Downgrading

  • Takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Keep your current plan until then.
  • You may need to release phone numbers or delete agents if you exceed the new plan's limits.

Invoice History

All invoices are available in your billing dashboard. Click any invoice to view or download a PDF. Invoices detail plan charges, overage minutes, additional phone numbers, and taxes.

Payment Methods

Manage your payment methods through Stripe's secure portal. We support credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), debit cards, and ACH bank transfers (US only).

  1. Go to Dashboard → Billing.
  2. Click Manage Subscription.
  3. You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure portal.
  4. Update your payment method there.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

  • Service continues until end of billing period.
  • No further charges after cancellation.
  • Phone numbers are released automatically.
ImportantPhone numbers cannot be held after cancellation. If you cancel and later resubscribe, you will need to get a new phone number.
