InfercallinfercallUS/USD is the default comparison market when no preference or supported location is available. This does not set your business country or receptionist language.

A dental answering service for the calls between patients.

The patient at your desk needs your attention. The person ringing still needs an answer. Infercall handles routine incoming calls using your practice information, so your reception team can keep helping the people in front of them.

It answers questions about opening hours, location and services, collects the details of an appointment enquiry, and passes questions that need a member of your practice to the right person. Clinical decisions stay with your clinicians.

Hear it for your practice

Give routine questions a useful answer

A new patient wants to know whether you offer a particular service. Someone needs directions. Another caller asks what to bring to their first appointment. Your receptionist can answer from the practice information you approve, rather than sending each person to voicemail.

Start with your website, then check your services, hours, fees and practice policies. Include only the information you want given over the phone. Keep appointment availability separate from general information such as opening hours.

Appointment enquiries, with a clear next step

Choose the booking work you want Infercall to handle. With Google Calendar connected, it can create an appointment during the conversation. If your practice uses a different clinical diary, it can collect the enquiry for your reception team rather than promise a booking it cannot make.

Infercall does not advertise a connection to your dental practice-management system simply because it connects to Google Calendar. Check the supported integrations before deciding how an appointment should reach your diary.

Keep clinical questions with your practice

Set instructions for calls that need your reception team or a clinician, including your approved out-of-hours message. Infercall is not a clinical triage or emergency service. It should not diagnose a problem, recommend treatment or decide how urgently someone needs care.

Choose what caller information is necessary for an administrative enquiry. Review your privacy and recording requirements before connecting patient calls, and avoid collecting clinical histories in a general appointment enquiry.

Try the calls your reception team actually receives

Test a directions question, a new-patient enquiry and a request that needs a person. Check the answer, the handover and the resulting appointment or message—not just the greeting. Review recordings and transcripts to see what callers were told.

Questions from dental practices

Can Infercall replace our dental reception team?

It can take routine telephone work off their hands. It does not replace clinical judgement, in-person patient support or the work inside your practice-management system.

Can we keep our existing practice number?

You can forward calls to your Infercall number. Your carrier determines the available busy, unanswered and after-hours forwarding options. See the forwarding guide.

Can it book into our dental software?

Only use a booking connection listed as supported for that action. Google Calendar appointment creation is available; a general calendar connection is not a dental-software integration.

Can we hear it before connecting patient calls?

Yes. Start with your website, review the practice information and hear how your receptionist handles your questions. Business calls require a paid plan and the applicable phone-number checks.
