Your Agent Speaks the Right Language

Infercall now detects where your visitors are calling from and matches your agent's language and accent automatically. No manual setup needed.

When someone calls or chats, your agent now sounds like it belongs. We detect the caller's region and adjust language and accent to match — so an Australian caller hears an Australian voice, and a US caller hears an American one.

Mobile Chat Widget Fix

The chat widget now stays visible when the keyboard opens on mobile. No more typing blind — the conversation stays in view while you type.

If you've embedded the Infercall chat widget on your website, mobile visitors no longer lose sight of the conversation when their keyboard pops up. The widget resizes to fit the visible screen.

SMS Conversations

Your AI agent can now send and receive SMS messages. Customers get automatic text follow-ups after calls, and you can reply to any conversation from the dashboard.

Full two-way SMS support is live. When a caller hangs up, your agent can send a follow-up text with booking confirmations, directions, or next steps. Customers can text back, and the AI handles the conversation — or you can jump in manually from the SMS inbox.

Google Calendar Booking

Your AI agent can now book appointments directly into Google Calendar during calls. Callers hear available slots, pick a time, and the booking appears in your calendar — all hands-free.
