Customer email · beta

Keep the reply moving. Keep the send in your hands.

Customer email is part of the front desk too. Forward it into Infercall, review the conversation in Messages and prepare a reply from the business account your customers recognise.

01

Forward the email, not your whole inbox.

Keep your usual customer-facing email address. Forward the enquiries you want help with to the address provided in Infercall, then read and reply to them in Messages.

02

Prepare a reply with the conversation in view.

Draft follow-up from the customer’s request and relevant business, call or booking context. Read it, correct it and choose what to send. A useful draft saves preparation time without handing over the decision to make a business commitment.

03

Connect the account that should send.

Gmail replies use the business Gmail account you connect. The connection requests sending access; it does not read or search your Gmail inbox, synchronise labels or manage aliases. During a call, collecting an email address is not the same as sending the message.

CHOOSE THE RIGHT CONNECTION

What each connection does.

Gmail

Beta

Prepare customer replies and follow-up emails for you to review and send from your business Gmail account.

Review customer replies before sending. This connection has sending access only; it does not read or search your Gmail inbox.

Gmail setup

MAKE IT YOURS

Set up the useful part.

Customer email and Gmail follow-up are beta. Owner review is the normal sending workflow; this is not an autonomous email campaign or inbox-search service.

  1. Configure customer email forwarding for the front desk.
  2. Connect the business Gmail account with sending access.
  3. Review the conversation and edit or approve the prepared reply.

Good questions.

Does the Gmail connection read my inbox?

No. It has sending access only. Customer email reaches the front desk through the forwarding you configure.

Will replies come from an Infercall address?

Replies use your connected business Gmail account, not the generated forwarding address.

Can it tell a caller an email has been sent just after taking the address?

No. Collecting follow-up details prepares the next action. The message still needs the review and sending workflow.
