Appointment booking
Book the appointment while they’re on the phone.
Your caller is ready to arrange a time. Infercall can put the appointment in your calendar during the call, instead of leaving both of you waiting for a callback.
A clear booking outcome before the conversation ends.

01
Decide which appointments it should handle.
Choose the calendar and appointment types, then explain your booking times and when the team should confirm a request. Google Calendar creates the event; it is not a staff, room or equipment reservation system. Keep those capacity checks with your team where they are needed.
02
Know what your connection does.
Google Calendar creates appointments. Square can create appointments with booking access and the relevant location and service settings. Calendly creates a scheduling link for the caller to finish the booking. SuiteDash records an appointment request for your team to confirm.
03
Keep the next step clear.
When there is no suitable time or a request falls outside your rules, collect the details for your team. Do not confuse a recorded request with a confirmed appointment. The connection notes below explain the material differences before you choose a setup.

Choose the calendar, appointment types and booking times in setup.
Booking actions differ by provider. Mindbody needs confirmed booking-enabled access; Vagaro and Boulevard do not currently support self-service appointment booking through Infercall.
Connect the supported account used for your appointments.
Choose the calendar or location, services and booking times.
Test an available time and an enquiry your team needs to handle.
Good questions.
Does Calendly confirm the appointment during the call?
Infercall creates a scheduling link. The caller completes the booking in Calendly; generating the link is not a confirmed appointment.
Can I use Google Calendar?
Yes. Connect your Google account, select the calendar and configure the appointment types and booking times. See the Google Calendar guide for the complete setup.
Does creating a Google Calendar event prevent double bookings?
Not by itself. An event can be created at a time already occupied in the calendar. Set clear booking instructions and keep staff or resource availability checks with your team when needed.
