Voices, greetings & languages
A first hello that fits your business.
A quiet practice and a busy workshop don’t need to sound the same. Choose a voice, set the greeting and give your receptionist a manner that feels at home with your customers.

Voice, wording and understanding
01
Choose more than a voice.
Set the greeting and personality as well as the sound. Tell your receptionist how formal to be, what to explain first and when to keep an answer short. Review those choices in a conversation, not just an isolated voice sample.
02
Help customers use a supported language.
Choose your primary language and the available language behaviour during setup. Multilingual conversations can help callers explain what they need without navigating a phone menu. Check the particular languages and tasks your business depends on.
03
Keep the conversation grounded.
A friendly tone does not replace accurate service information. Pair the voice with your current prices, policies and booking rules. Try a routine question, an unfamiliar request and a handover so you hear how the whole receptionist works.
MAKE IT YOURS
Set up the useful part.
Available voices, languages and regional options are shown in setup. A listed regional accent option is not a promise of identical performance for every language or call task.
Preview available voices and select the tone you want.
Edit the greeting and primary language settings.
Try representative questions in the languages you intend to use.
Good questions.
Can I change the voice later?
Yes. Change the voice in the agent editor without replacing the rest of your business information.
Does choosing a language change my phone number?
No. Language settings and phone-number country requirements are separate choices.
Can I hear a sample first?
Use the voice previews during setup and the existing website receptionist preview. Try a real question from your business before connecting calls.
